MatrimonyTrust is built on trust. These guidelines ensure every user has a safe, respectful experience. Violations may result in profile suspension or permanent removal.
Use your real name, real photos, and accurate information. Do not misrepresent your education, occupation, age, marital status, or community details. Every profile is verified via phone OTP — inconsistencies will be flagged.
Treat every user with dignity. Do not send unsolicited, offensive, or harassing messages. Rejection is normal — respond with grace or silence. Do not shame or mock other users.
Never share another user's photos, contact number, or profile details outside the platform. Photos are shared in trust — redistributing them is a serious violation and may result in legal action.
This platform is for personal matrimony only. No agents, ever, and no third-party matchmakers. Do not use the platform to advertise services, solicit money, or operate on behalf of someone else.
Parents and family members may assist in creating a profile, but the individual must be aware and consenting. The profile must represent the person seeking marriage — not a parent acting alone.
Blocking is free on any profile, at any time — one tap, no reason needed, and the other person is never told. Report becomes available on someone once you have revealed their contact details. If you need to raise a concern about a profile you have not revealed, email us and we will act on it. Our safety team reviews reports — this is trust & safety moderation, not matchmaking; there are no human matchmakers or agents involved in finding your matches.
