So we can act on the first reply, please tell us: the profile ID or page the complaint is about, what happened and when, the email or phone number registered to your account, and anything you can attach such as a screenshot. Complaints sent to us are handled by the Grievance Officer and are not shared with the member you are complaining about, except where we need to act on the content itself.
If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact the police first. Then write to us so we can suspend the account and preserve the records. You can also block and report any member from their profile without waiting for us — that takes effect immediately.
