MatrimonyTrust is a fully digital, online-only service. We do not sell or ship any physical products. There is nothing to deliver by courier or post, so no shipping charges, tracking numbers, or delivery timelines apply.
When you purchase a pack (Gold, Diamond, or Elite) or a reveal top-up, the corresponding features are unlocked on your account instantly and electronically the moment your payment is confirmed. Paid features include starting a chat, revealing contact details, the full Porutham/Kundali breakdown, and the downloadable match-report PDF.
On a successful payment we generate a tax invoice and send a payment receipt to your registered email. If your features are not unlocked within a few minutes of a successful payment, please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy or contact us.
